Gallipoli Expedition Mode 25v25 Randomized Objectives
Capping HQ is not enough. You must secure it (Build or Detonate). Momentum bleeds on every death, and long runs from spawn kill the attack. Randomized HQ vs Support locations plus randomized secure type punish teams that do not adapt immediately.
Core problem: In Gallipoli Expedition (25v25), attackers lose because they treat the mode like a normal capture-and-hold. Capping HQ is not enough. You must secure it (Build or Detonate). Momentum bleeds on every death, and long runs from spawn kill the attack. Randomized HQ vs Support locations plus randomized secure type punish teams that do not adapt immediately.
1Identify HQ vs Support Every Sector
2Secure Type: Build or Detonate
3Place Squad Beacons Forward
-
1
Place beacons as far forward as you can survive.
Anyone can build them. This is the #1 attacker fix.
-
2
Officer whistle plus aggressive forward position
Lets teammates spawn on you instead of running the whole map again.
-
3
Destroy enemy caches and beacons
That sit parallel to Support so they cannot spawn behind you.
4Decision: Push HQ First or Support First?
- Go Support first when Momentum is already dropping or the HQ approach is a death funnel. Taking Support gives you a closer spawn and fire support (mortars, field gun) so the HQ assault is shorter and cheaper.
- Go HQ first when you still have high Momentum and can overwhelm it quickly, then peel a few players to Support for extra Momentum and weapons.
- Never leave Support completely ignored if you are stalling. It is the cheapest way to refill Momentum besides the 50-defender kill threshold.
5Actionable Attacker Sequence
-
1
Officer (or whoever is farthest forward) pushes and whistles.
So people spawn on the advance, not the beach.
-
2
Build beacons immediately after any gain.
Destroy enemy caches and beacons that sit parallel to Support.
-
3
Use artillery dust clouds to move.
There is no Isonzo-style creeping smoke.
-
4
Once HQ is captured, stop fighting in the open.
Assign people to the 3 build spots or the plant. One or two players covering while others work the task is better than everyone hunting kills.
-
5
If Momentum hits zero you enter Foothold.
You have a short window to reach an objective or the match ends.
6Common Mistakes
- Capping HQ then leaving without building or detonating. The sector does not open.
- Everyone running from the original spawn every death instead of placing beacons.
- Ignoring Support until Momentum is already gone.
- Treating Build progress as lost when the point flips. It is not. Progress is permanent.
- Letting defenders sit on the planted bomb uncontested. They will defuse.
