One 6'8 build that plays the 4 in Rec (position-locked) and the 5 in Park without getting cooked by 7-footers. Speed to rotate and bait, enough boards and strength to not get bullied, and just enough shooting so defenses cannot sag off you.
6'8 PF 250 lbs max weight 7'1 wingspan 95 D-rebound
Why 6'8? It is the current sweet spot because it still hits high 80s to mid 90s D-rebound and strength while keeping 84 speed. Taller builds lose the bait and rotate ability that matters most in Park and at the Rec 4. 6'9 gets the same boards easier but drops you below the speed needed to bait drives and recover.
Step 1
Set the Physicals (Do Not Change These)
Position
PF
Height
6'8
Weight
250
Wingspan
7'1
Why these exact numbers: 250 lbs max weight is how you reach 95 D-rebound and high strength without extra cap breakers. 7'1 wingspan is the exact number that still unlocks 83 three-point (Limitless Range) while keeping contest and rebound animations. Shorter wingspan kills boards; longer kills the 3.
Step 2
Attribute Priorities in Order
Put points in this sequence so the build actually functions on day one:
1
Speed 84 and Vertical 78 (max both). These two stats let you play the back-end in Park and rotate from the 4 in Rec.
2
Defensive Rebound 95 (you get this at 250 lbs). Offensive Rebound 80-85 if you have leftover points.
3
Strength 90-95.
4
Three-point 83 (Limitless Range threshold). Mid-range 75-80 is enough.
5
Interior Defense 80+, Block 80-85, Perimeter Defense as high as the remaining budget allows (74-85 range).
6
Standing Dunk 80-81 (silver Rise Up is enough). Driving Dunk 75-87 depending on leftover points.
7
Pass Accuracy 80+ if you want to start breaks.
Park inside variant: If you never want to shoot, drop the 3 to minimum, push D-rebound to 99 and Strength to 95 immediately. You lose spacing but win every board from day one.
Decision Points
Key Choices
Rec 4 vs Park 5
Make it PF. You stay at the 4 in Rec most of the time and still get put at center in Park. Making it Center forces more 7-footer matchups in Rec.
Popper vs Pure Inside
If your Park squad spaces, go 83 three. If you are the only big and they crash, go 99 D-rebound and skip the 3.
Cap Breakers
First 4-6 usually go into Block/Vertical or Driving Dunk for Posterizer. Do not waste early caps on Perimeter if you already have 80+ Interior.
Dunk Split
Pick one dunk type early. 80 Standing + 75 Driving is enough until cap breakers. Do not max both on day one.

Common Mistakes
What Ruins This Build
x
Going 6'9 or 6'10 "just for boards." You lose the speed that makes the build playable as the back-end.
x
Making it Center so Rec puts you at the 5 against 7'3+ every game.
x
Max wingspan on a shooting version. Kills the 83 three-point threshold.
x
Low weight for extra speed. You lose the 95 D-rebound and get boxed out by anyone with 90+ strength.
x
Putting both high Driving Dunk and high Standing Dunk early. Pick one; 80 Standing + 75 Driving is enough until cap breakers.
