The next patch cycle (2.0, anniversary, Yi Xuan) was widely expected to give more raw account power. Players who already had Jane, Miyabi, Yanagi, Burnice, or even a built Piper were asking: do I spend now or wait?

2Apply the Community Rule

3Decide the Engine Separately
