Try launching first
Some players report 2.209 opens fine and simply runs without mods. If it launches, wait for the Geode update and reinstall your mods then.

Crash on startup? Run the Geode uninstaller
Open your Geometry Dash install folder (Steam > Manage > Browse local files) and run the Geode uninstaller. The game should then boot normally.
