Core problem: In WARDOGS, prox chat slurs, spawn griefing, and teamkills happen on 100-player official servers with no kick button. Players want to mute immediately and file a report while the name is still on the scoreboard. After the match ends, many cannot get the name again. Official servers do not have player-admin kicks. Community servers with admins are planned for launch.

Mute vs Report: Do Both

Immediate
Mute Now
If they are screaming slurs in prox chat or you just want silence. Mute is instant and personal. It does not punish them.
Punish
Report as Well
If it is hate speech, repeated teamkill, or spawn vehicle destruction. Mute does not punish them. Report so devs can review.
Teamkillers are supposed to auto-ban after multiple hits. Still report if it is obvious grief. If the whole lobby is unplayable, switch server. There are many 100-player servers.

1Exact Steps: Mute and Report from the Scoreboard

If they are still in spawn wrecking vehicles, Tab immediately. Do not wait until you die and lose track of the name.

Key Decisions

SituationWhat to Do
Slurs in prox chatMute complete voice first, then report. Devs confirmed slurs are not allowed and scoreboard report is the intended path.
One accidental TK vs farm TKOne hit in a messy zone fight is common. Repeated spawn TKs or destroying friendly vehicles on purpose: report.
After the match already endedIn-game report may be gone. Save the clip, exact name, server, and time. Out-of-match report was not confirmed during closed beta.
Official vs community server (at launch)Official: report and mute only. Community: server admins can police their own rules.
