Crimson Moon Deluxe Edition: Ceremonial Armor and Axe of the Gods
Claim the Keeper Oath Armor Set and Axe of the Gods from Deluxe Edition after the prologue, upgrade them at the Blacksmith, and understand the expansion entitlement.
Core goal: You bought or upgraded to Crimson Moon Deluxe Edition and want the Ceremonial Armor Set and Axe of the Gods in your loadout right now. The expansion is not out yet. The items are Deluxe-only. The armor appears in-game as the Keeper Oath Armor Set (not Ceremonial). The Axe of the Gods is a 1H axe. Both become available after the prologue.
1Claim the Deluxe Items
- 1Confirm you own Deluxe or the Deluxe Edition Upgrade on the same platform as the base game.
Steam, Epic, PS5, or Xbox. The upgrade is around $10 if you already own Standard.
- 2Launch the game and finish the prologue.
Do not skip it or jump to later missions first. The items unlock after this section.
- 3Return to the Church or Sanctus Clypeus hub.
- 4Open the loadout menu (the station you use to equip gear before selecting a mission).
Look for Keeper Oath Helmet, Cuirass, Gauntlets, Greaves, and Axe of the Gods.
- 5Equip them.
They start at Common rarity with slashing-damage bonuses on the armor pieces. Take them to the Blacksmith later to raise rarity and defense.
Key Decisions
- Use the set immediately or save it? It is a solid early slashing-focused starter set you can upgrade. Mix pieces with other loot if you prefer different bonuses. The game encourages mixing armor.
- Axe of the Gods vs other weapons: It is a functional 1H axe with Empower weapon art. Treat it as a real weapon you can use and upgrade, not only a cosmetic.
- Buy Deluxe now or wait? The extra $10 mainly buys the future expansion entitlement plus these two items. The expansion content and date are not announced. If you only want the armor and axe, upgrade when you are sure you will keep playing.
Common Mistakes
- Searching for Ceremonial Armor in menus. Use Keeper Oath. The in-game name is different from the store page name.
- Expecting the items before the prologue ends. They unlock after the prologue section, not at game start.
- Looking in inventory during a mission instead of the hub loadout station. The items are equipped at the hub, not mid-mission.
- Assuming the expansion is already playable. It is post-launch and still in development. There is nothing to claim or download for it yet.
- Forgetting platform-specific extras. PS5 players get the Sonai Magistrate set on any edition. Xbox players get Hex-Knight on any edition. Those are separate from Deluxe.
Expansion
Deluxe includes entitlement to one future post-launch expansion. Features, content, and timing have not been finalized. There is nothing to claim or download for it yet. When it releases, Deluxe owners get it automatically on the same platform where they bought Deluxe or the upgrade.
