The Obsession collab is live. The Nikki outfit costs 1,500 V-Bucks alone, or grab the Obsession Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks (down from 2,700) to get all four items. It dropped into the Item Shop around October 21–22 as part of Fortnitemares 2026 — grab it before it rotates out.

What the skin does

Splatter style: the Nikki outfit has a selectable Splatter variant — dark stains across the face and chest, recreating the film's ending look. Fortnite's new "Animated Blood" rating descriptor exists largely for this set.
Reactive back bling: One Wish Willow plays the film's signature sound effect when you eliminate a player.
Emote synergy: No No No… has a special animation when used wearing the Nikki outfit.
