Keep doing it until she gives you the Cryptic Note. Players report this is just persistence. No special gift or quest trigger required beyond regular conversation.

It contains the partial sequence 43.81 (sometimes written 43_81). The missing digit is the third one, not the last.

Extra confirmation: A separate calendar note in Adrian and Jeannie's apartment mentions a "Dark Mass at Dave's place. Don't forget the passcode," confirming you are looking at the right door.

2Enter the Code at Dave's House

Go to Dave's house and interact with the wax-smeared door that has the keypad.

Enter 43681.
If you want to find it yourself, try 43181 through 43981 in order. 6 is the one that works. Community members confirmed they just brute-forced the single missing digit.

What is inside: Entering the code currently gives a placeholder reward in some versions. Later content (Catacombs access under the house) builds on this door.
