How to Claim Everything

Download, launch, and complete the tutorial. The game is available on App Store, Google Play, and Windows. Create or log into your account and play through the initial tutorial battles until the main menus unlock.

Open the Presents menu (in-game mailbox). This is where pre-registration rewards and launch gifts land. Claim everything available.
  • If Presents looks empty: fully close and restart the app, then check again.
  • LR Collections, Herostones, dumbbells, and materials all appear here after the tutorial.

Use the Enlist Ticket in Running Start Enlistment. Go to the enlistment/gacha section and select the Running Start option. The ticket lets you pick one of three SR characters.

Verify your inventory and collections. Check the characters menu, collections, and inventory to confirm all milestone items arrived - LR Collections, Herostones, dumbbells, and any remaining login bonuses.

Common Mistakes

✕ Skipping Presents after the tutorial. Rewards sit unclaimed in the mailbox - they don't auto-apply. Open Presents and claim everything before doing anything else.
✕ Not restarting the app if Presents is empty. If rewards don't show up immediately, fully close the app and relaunch. This is official advice for distributed rewards.
✕ Using the Enlist Ticket without deciding. Once you pick a character, the choice is locked. Don't tap through the selection screen casually - read each character's description first.
✕ Assuming rewards need a special code or account link. Pre-registration rewards are distributed account-wide to all players who log in after launch. No code, no link, no extra step.
✕ Ignoring the Running Start Enlistment menu. The Enlist Ticket is NOT in Presents - it's used through the Running Start Enlistment option in the enlistment/gacha section. Official messaging specifically points there.
