Big Walk

Big Walk True 100% Ending and Purple Puzzles Guide

How to unlock Big Walk's true ending (Big Game achievement) - finish the normal campaign, clear all 7 purple challenge puzzles, deliver 15 blorbs to the green building, and use the white key on the broken sphere.

7 purple puzzles 15 blorbs Post-game

Unlock the true ending after the normal campaign

After finishing the normal ending (Big Goodbye), the world updates on the same save file. Nothing locks you out. Seven purple challenge puzzles unlock on the far East ridge, and you need to collect 15 blorbs total (7 purple + extra reds) to deliver to the green building near the tutorial area for the final white key.

Finish the normal campaign first

1Complete the colored towers using red blorbs for keys, the black tower/obelisk (6 blorbs), and the black sphere puzzles.
2Exit through the final turnstile / white door to trigger the Big Goodbye ending.
3Continue on the same save. The world updates - purple puzzles, map markers, and the green delivery room activate properly only on this save.

Reach the purple puzzle ridge

The 7 purple puzzles are on the far East ridge, accessed via the chairlift (the one unlocked through the Green Tower). Get off the lift and you will see a purple tunnel/door to the right. The door opens after the normal ending. All 7 puzzles are on the other side.

Clear all 7 purple puzzles

These are harder remixes of earlier challenges. Several disable or limit voice communication, so agree on a gesture/signaling system before starting. Each purple puzzle gives one purple blorb. Also finish any normal puzzles you skipped - they still count.

Wait 30 Minutes House Easiest

Enter and lock in. A 30-minute timer starts (longer version of the 5-minute house). Just wait the full 30 minutes - go AFK, make food, chat. Do not press the door button early or the timer restarts.

Golf / Long-Distance Golf Carry

The hole is on the Challenge Ridge with an arrow pointing back toward the island center - no ball there. Fetch the ball from the original red-section golf course and daisy-chain hand it off the whole way. Route: red golf to mountain pass to green section, up-right to the rock for chairlift access. Ride the chairlift East carefully - do not drop the ball or get pushed off. Continue daisy-chaining through the purple tunnel then up-right to the hole.

36 Drawings Communication

Get all 36 squares off the rack and visible at once. Communicate every detail - similar drawings exist, so ask about solid vs outline, number of petals, etc. Track high-confidence vs uncertain answers so you can revisit if you do not get the green victory circle first try.

9 Speakers (No Talking) Hardest

Pre-agree a gesture system for the 9 floor positions and sounds. Example: rows of 4/4/1 labeled Left 1-4, Right 1-4, Both; hand raises to signal which. One player memorizes sounds and locations and signals; the other places. Pure memorization plus consistent signaling.

9 Symbols (No Talking) Silent

Easier version of the speakers puzzle. Use the same pre-defined hand-gesture system for which symbol. Community note: there is a hole in the shadows on the wall between rooms.

Platforming, But Do It Fast Timed

Same head-jumping platforming as the main island version but timed while carrying an egg timer. Pre-position one partner on the first roof before grabbing the timer. Throw the timer immediately then get picked up. When climbing the three steps, jump off onto the next higher step. Jump the zig-zag gaps (prefer right side for longer landing). Aim the timer throw to land near the end podium. Only one person needs to jump down and run the stairs. Groups report around 4 tries to clear.

Many Lights Everywhere Methodical

The person in the answer area can speak and press buttons; the seer only has a red light button. Use yes/no via flashes (1 flash = yes, 2 = no, many flashes = stop/restart). Start broad ("Is it on the floor?" or "wall with the speaker?") then narrow to group then specific light. Go slow - correct lights take time and restart is painful. Alternative method: number walls and count lights top-down/left-right within groups.

Deliver 15 blorbs to the green building

Collect 15 blorbs total: the 7 purple blorbs plus extra red blorbs (around 8 extra reds beyond the 30 used for main progression keys). Purple and red blorbs are interchangeable for delivery. Take them to the green structure near the Tutorial/Map area (up the hill from spawn, near the map room - opens properly after the black monolith progression). Deposit all 15 to receive the final white key.

Trigger the true ending

1Return to the starting/tutorial area. The small black sphere is now split/broken with a key slot.
2Insert the white key into the broken sphere.
3Go down the stairs and follow the in-room instructions and messages.
4Trigger the true ending sequence (Big Game achievement). Groups report the true ending is worth the extra coordination.

Choices that affect your run

Same save or new game?

Stay on the same save after Big Goodbye. Post-game content (purple tunnel, map markers, green delivery room) activates properly only on the same save file.

Which blorbs for delivery?

Reds and purples are interchangeable for the final 15 at the green building. Save extras and all purples for this delivery - do not waste them on towers you already cleared.

When to set up signals?

Agree on gestures and hand signals before starting any silent or audio purple puzzle. Consistency across the run saves repeated failures on lights, speakers, symbols, and drawings.

Skip leftover normal puzzles?

No. Finish every remaining normal puzzle, not just the 7 purples. Incomplete map markers can block progression toward the true ending.

Mistakes to avoid

XPressing the door button in the 30-minute house. This restarts the entire timer. Leave it alone and wait.
XDropping the golf ball on the chairlift. If you lose it mid-relay, you wait a full lap or restart the long carry. Hold carefully.
XSkipping leftover normal puzzles. They still count. Incomplete map markers can block true ending progression.
XTrying to force the final key before delivering all 15 blorbs. The white key only appears after the full delivery at the green building.
XStarting silent puzzles without agreed signals. Leads to repeated failures on lights, speakers, symbols, and drawings. Set up gestures first.
XStarting a new save after Big Goodbye. Post-game content activates on the same save. A new game resets everything.
