How to redeem

Same path on mobile, PC and PlayStation — redemption unlocks once you're past the tutorial (Union Level 2+).

  1. 1
    Open Settings

From the main world, tap your profile avatar (top-left) or open the Terminal menu, then the gear icon.

  2. 2
Go to Other Settings > Account

Scroll down to the "Redemption Code" field.

  3. 3
    Paste one code and Confirm

Rewards arrive in your in-game mailbox within a few minutes. Repeat for each code — they're redeemed one at a time.

Safety: redeem only inside the game. There is no official browser "redeem code website" — never type your Kuro account, UID or password into third-party redemption pages.

Recently expired codes

If a code returns "invalid", check capitalization first; "outdated" means it has already expired.

FAQ

Do the WuWa 3.8 livestream codes still work after 3.8 launches?

No — they expire November 8, 2026, four days before the update ships on November 12. Redeem during 3.7.

Why does the three-in-one code from social media fail?

The codes are separate strings. Joined together they don't match any single code — enter TRAINOFSOULS, BLOOMINGFLOWERS and SCHOOLLIFE one by one.

Can I reuse a code on a second character?

No. Codes are one-time-use per account, not per character.

Where do the rewards go?

Your in-game mailbox — check it a few minutes after confirming each code.
