The core loop

  1. 1
    Build your island economy

Start from a small camp and buy income buildings. Cash funds everything - missiles, defenses, vehicles and expansion.

  2. 2
    Place missiles and pick targets

Your launcher is the point of the game: aim at rival islands and fire. Nukes flatten parts of an enemy's base and income.

  3. 3
    Build anti-air and shields

Everyone else can shoot back. Anti-air guns and shield structures intercept or absorb incoming warheads - skip them and one nuke undoes your whole build.

  4. 4
    Take the fight to them

Fly your own jets, command warships and launch strikes directly - you're not limited to sitting on your island pressing a red button.

  5. 5
Unlock wonders and the Doomsday Device

Late progression adds wonders and the server-ending Doomsday Device for the players who snowball hardest.

Offense vs defense

With only seven islands per server, every launch is personal. Here's how to think about both sides of the exchange.

Economy first, always

Missiles are expensive. Two extra income buildings early beats one rushed launcher that leaves you broke after a single shot.

Shields before you threaten

Fire first and you become the lobby's target. Have at least basic anti-air coverage before your first launch paints a target on your island.

Watch who's rebuilding

An island that just ate a nuke is broke and defenseless - but so is the player who just spent everything firing it. Pick fights on timing, not grudges.

Jets and ships raid, not just defend

Piloted vehicles let you strike and scout without spending a warhead - cheaper pressure while your missile budget rebuilds.

FAQ

Is World of Nukes free?

Yes - free inside Roblox. Optional game passes (like the VIP pass with a cash boost and gold cosmetics) exist but aren't required to play or win.

How many players are in a match?

Seven islands per server, so it's a free-for-all where everyone can see everyone else's launches.

Are there codes?

The game currently hands out rewards through likes and the Roblox group rather than a promo-code system - the group bonus is the freebie to claim.

What happens when I get nuked?

You lose buildings and income, not your whole account - rebuild, fire back, and use the downtime to shore up anti-air coverage you skipped.
