Every day at midnight (Montreal time) all four games refresh — seven questions each, the same for every player worldwide. Answers are typed freely; anything not on the list is checked by an AI judge that explains its refusals.
How scoring works
- 130 seconds per question
40 seconds in the Abyss. Type your answer freely — no multiple choice, no letters to fill.
- 2Up to 100 points per answer
In Sky, your score is the share of players who gave that answer — a Perfect rating means you found the top answer. Ratings run Perfect → Excellent → Great → OK → Weak.
- 3Total out of 700
Seven answers add up to your daily score, comparable with friends or the leaderboard.
- 4Percentages follow real players
Every answer starts with an estimate, then live player answers move the numbers — players in all 9 languages count in the same percentages.
Tips for each game
Sky: answer for the crowd
Your favourite is rarely the top answer. Ask "what would a stranger on the street say?" — the most obvious, generic answer wins.
Abyss: valid but unloved
The inverse — a real answer almost nobody types. Go specific and regional; an off-list guess rejected by the judge costs only seconds.
Past: think classic
Oldest-answer questions reward the antique pick — the original, the predecessor, the 19th-century version.
Future: think this year
Newest-answer questions reward recency — latest release, youngest winner, most recent record.

Is Wonderhop free?
Yes — all four daily games are free, ad-free and need no account. Hop Pass only adds archives and unlimited play.
When do new questions appear?
Every day at midnight, Montreal time — all four games refresh together, and everyone worldwide gets the same set.
What if my answer isn't recognized?
Answers not on the list go to an AI judge, which either accepts them or explains the refusal. A refused answer costs you seconds, not points.
Can I play in other languages?
Yes — the game runs in 9 languages (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish), and all languages feed the same answer percentages.
Is it Wonderhop or Wondershop?
Wonderhop, one word ending in -hop. "Wondershop" is the most common misspelling — same game, same place.
