Nine locked vaults sit around the Chapter 7 mini season island, each holding 3 Rare Chests and a guaranteed Sprite Chest. You'll need a Vault Key — here's every location and how keys work.

Carrying a Vault Key marks the nearest vault on your map — but any key opens any unopened vault, so you can head straight for one of these.

How Vault Keys work
- 1Loot chests for a key
Vault Keys drop almost exclusively from regular and rare chests — pure RNG, so farm chest-dense POIs. A key can also drop from an eliminated player carrying one.
- 2Equip it to mark a vault
Holding the key pings the nearest vault on your Tac Map — but the key isn't locked to that vault.
- 3Open any unopened vault
Interact with the vault door to spend the key — each key is single-use.
- 4Take the loot
Inside: 3 guaranteed Rare Chests and 1 guaranteed Sprite Chest — enough to kit out a whole squad.
Boost your odds: leveling the Sweet Dreams Sprite can drop a Vault Key, and looting chests with a Chester Sprite equipped improves your chances.

Loot Lagoon
Seven guaranteed chest spawns packed close together, a vault right at the waterfall, and central rotation to anywhere on the map — the best all-round farm.
Lantern Landing & Arlong Park
Dense chest spawns with a vault a short walk east — strong alternative when Lagoon is contested.
Loguetown
Town-square chest density plus the sewer vault in the same POI — loot and spend in one drop.
Spread out
Three vaults sit near the top of the map, three mid-map, three south — pick the ring the bus path favors.
