Sell a Million Sushi
The Roblox sushi-tycoon that blew up in late October 2026 — hire fishermen, merge them into better ones, feed your chef, and grow a sushi empire. Beginner loop, merging math, boats and codes status below.
The core loop
Five steps, all done by stepping on pads — no complex menus.
- 1Hire fishermen
Buy on the Hire pads (1 / 5 / 25 / 100 at a time) — hires are always Tier 1.
- 2Collect fish
Fishermen fill the holding grid; collect them into your bag.
- 3Deposit at the right moment
The Fish Value board swings roughly 0.5x–1.5x — deposit when it's up, not when it's stuck at the bottom.
- 4Chef makes sushi, customers pay
Fish become sushi automatically; collect the money when customers finish.
- 5Reinvest
Cash goes into more hires, merges, boats and Chef Skill upgrades.
Merging — the real progression
Each fisherman only catches one fish type. Three of the same tier merge into one of the next tier, which unlocks rarer, more valuable fish.
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Merge ratio | 3 × Tier N → 1 × Tier N+1 |
| Max tier | Tier 24 — that's a lot of Tier 1 fishermen to chain upward |
| What changes | Higher tiers catch higher-rarity fish (Sardine → Mackerel → …) |
| Boats | Mid-game hire path: boats dock random higher-tier fishermen — but buying one raises Hire pad prices, so late progress leans on boats over Hire 100 |
Codes status
No promo codes and no codes redeem menu right now (checked November 2026). Progress comes from the loop above plus the Like + Join-group rewards timer — if a "codes" page promises working strings for this game, it's farming clicks.
FAQ
Is Sell a Million Sushi free?
Yes — free on Roblox, with optional gamepass-style upgrades like permanent 2x money.
What should I spend cash on first?
More fishermen — headcount is income. Merge once you have spares, and buy your first boat when Hire 100 slows down.
Why is my fish worth so little?
You probably deposited during a low Fish Value swing. Wait for the board to climb toward 1.5x before hitting Deposit Fish.
Does it play well on mobile?
It's a pad-stepping tycoon, so yes — everything is done by walking onto buttons, which translates cleanly to touch.
