How to play
- 1Start with the daily word
Everyone in the world gets the same 4-letter starting word each day.
- 2Change one letter per step
Each new word must differ from the previous by exactly one letter — and must be a real word.
- 3Reach POOP
The target is always POOP. Your score is steps vs "par" (the shortest possible ladder) — most days take 4–6 steps, the hardest up to 11.
Tips
- ●Work backwards from POOP
Words ending in -OOP or starting with PO- are neighbors of the target — get into that family early (LOOP, COOP, POOF, POOL).
- ●Vowels are pivots
Swapping the vowel first often opens more word options than chasing consonants.
