One sealed blind bag = one random 8.0" deck + a Limited Edition Player's Guide booklet showing all 30 designs + a co-branded sticker. You can't pick your design — that's the whole gimmick.

What's actually in the bag

1 random deck

An 8.0" x 31.6" popsicle in 7-ply North American maple, epoxy-pressed, printed with the original art of an iconic Pokemon TCG card.

Collector's booklet

A Limited Edition Player's Guide showing all 30 deck designs plus the 3 chase variants, with Pokemon lore and regional names.

Co-branded sticker

One Pokemon TCG x Santa Cruz sticker per bag.

The gamble

Designs are random — bags are sealed, and roughly 1 in every few hundred bags hides a gold chase instead of a standard print.

The 30 designs (known so far)

Each deck reproduces an actual Pokemon TCG card from across the game's 30-year history — frame, attacks and all, reworked into a deck layout. Confirmed cards include:

Rest of the lineup: the full 30-card checklist is printed in the booklet inside every bag — artwork spans every TCG era from Base Set to modern Sword & Shield and Scarlet & Violet chase cards.

The 3 gold chase variants

The rare pulls — these are what aftermarket prices are really about.

Odds reality check: 1,500 gold decks exist against an unknown but much larger standard print run. If a listing offers you a specific gold deck "sealed," remember nobody can see through the bag — sealed gold claims are unverifiable until opened.

Price and where to buy

ChannelWhat to expect
Santa Cruz online storeRetail price around $140 per blind bag — the drop sold through fast; restock is unconfirmed
Pokemon CenterCarried the drop at retail — sold out shortly after launch
Local skate shopsAllocated stock at retail — worth calling around, some shops held inventory back
Secondary marketSealed bags and opened chase decks are already listing above retail — check sold listings, not asking prices, before paying a premium
Also in the drop: Pokemon TCG x Santa Cruz apparel (tees and hoodies with a co-branded logo) and griptape — these are not blind-bagged and don't carry the card art.

Collector questions

Is it a real skateboard or a wall piece?

Both — it's a genuine 7-ply maple deck you could skate, but the blind-bag format and print run put it squarely in collectible territory. Most never get gripped.

Was there an earlier Pokemon deck collab?

Yes — the first Pokemon x Santa Cruz series dropped in 2023 with 20 Pokemon artwork decks, each with a chance of a holographic variant. The 2026 series is bigger: 30 card-based designs plus the gold chases.

Can you choose which design you get?

No — bags are sealed and random. To get a specific design you either trade pulls or buy an opened deck on the secondary market, where Charizard and Moonbreon command the biggest premiums.

How limited is it?

Santa Cruz hasn't published the standard print run — only the 500-per-design cap on gold variants is confirmed. "Limited edition" is official; exactly how limited is anyone's guess, which is part of why prices moved fast.
