Finding the dex inside the game

PanelWhat it answers
View PokedexThe full caught/missing list per save - tick the checkbox in the left panel and your dex opens, sortable by level and attack.
Route listThe right-hand column lists every route in the selected region with its level range - that's your spawn table for planning hunts.
Catch: All / NewToggle whether the game throws balls at everything or only at species missing from your dex - the dex fills fastest on New.
View Storage / Manage TeamStorage holds every species you've caught; Manage Team sets which six fight on the current route.

Filling the dex faster

Work one route at a time. Each route has a fixed spawn pool and level range - park your team on a route, set Catch to New, and let the idle loop do the catching.

Stock the right balls. Pokeballs handle low-level routes; late-region species need Greatballs and Ultraballs or they'll flee. Check your ball counts in the catch panel before AFK sessions.

Prestige keeps the dex. Prestiging resets your team for bonuses but your dex progress carries over - missing and shiny entries persist across prestiges.
