Pin Bomber
The contact-bomb Stand in A Bizarre Run — anything it touches becomes a timed explosive. Based on Oyecomova's Stand from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run.
Pin Bomber plants small clock-shaped pin bombs on whatever its user touches — solid ground, living targets, even liquids. When a pin springs loose, the bomb detonates after a few seconds. In community tier lists the same Stand appears under its character name Oyecomova, where it sits in A+ tier — strong area denial and PvP pressure rather than raw burst.
How the ability works
Pin Bomber turns the map into a minefield — the strength is controlling where enemies can move, not winning a straight punch-up.
| Property | Detail |
|---|---|
| Trigger | Touch — the user marks surfaces and bodies with clock-tipped pins |
| Detonation | When a pin springs free, the bomb explodes after a short delay |
| Quantity | No real cap — the source material shows pins on an entire wasp swarm |
| Defense | Grabbing the user leaves the attacker studded with live bombs |
Weaknesses and counters
- 1Pins can be held down
Pressing a pin back into place stops that bomb from going off — in the manga this is exactly how Gyro survives having his hand rigged.
- 2Uncontrolled blast power
The user can't dial the explosion strength — bombs can be reinserted into their origin to neutralize them.
- 3Low precision stats
On the source Stand's stat sheet, precision is its weakest grade — the kit wins by area control, not aim.
Where it comes from
Pin Bomber is A Bizarre Run's take on Boku no Rhythm wo Kiitekure ("Listen to My Rhythm"), the Stand of Oyecomova — the Neapolitan terrorist who attacks Gyro, Johnny and Mountain Tim during SBR's 2nd Stage. In the manga it rigs rats, water drops, wasps and even cigarette smoke into bombs; the game's version keeps the same plant-and-detonate identity. Searching "Pin Bomber JoJo" lands on the same origin.
Getting a Stand in A Bizarre Run
Stands come from the Devil's Palm — the game's Stand-gacha area — using Stand Arrows. For the full rundown see our A Bizarre Run guide.
