Nomad Drive — Early Access Guide
Indie Devil's RV survival game, out on Steam since October 27, 2026: repair a rundown RV, drive a procedurally generated post-apocalypse, and stay alive solo or in 1-4 player co-op.
The survival loop
- 1Start with a wreck
Every run begins in a different spot on the procedural map with a rundown RV — first job is getting it roadworthy.
- 2Scavenge abandoned POIs
Loot houses, roadside stops and points of interest for food, mechanical parts and repair kits.
- 3Live inside the RV
Everything is interactable — cook on the stove, brew coffee, fish, manage power from solar panels or fuel generators.
- 4Rebuild it your way
Repair and place furniture and appliances — stoves, fridges, toilets, seating — until the camper is actually yours.
What to know before buying
It's a driving sim at heart
Current Early Access builds center on driving, looting and RV upkeep — no combat yet, which is the top community request.
Co-op for 1-4
Online co-op lets a group share one RV trip — listed with full controller support and Steam Cloud.
Roadmap Phase 1
Planned: trailers and towing, sleeping system, decals, a female character, clothing, lake/seaside biomes, fishing, cooking recipes, a journal and more motorcycles.
6-12 months of EA
The developer targets full release within a year of EA launch, with four distinct biomes planned — the Desert is the first revealed.
