Mini War
A country-building strategy game on Roblox: grow your city and economy, train an army, and capture other players' land until yours is the last nation standing. One of Roblox's biggest sims - hundreds of millions of visits and a 96% rating.
How a match develops
- 1Build your city and economy
Everything starts with income - houses and basic buildings grow the cash flow that pays for everything else.
- 2Upgrade into industry
Convert raw growth into advanced factories. Industry is what separates a farming village from a war economy.
- 3Train soldiers and expand the army
Basic infantry come first; keep pushing the tech ladder to unlock tanks, planes and helicopters.
- 4Attack and capture land
Send your army into rival territory. Taking land grows your income and shrinks theirs - the snowball is the whole game.
- 5Research the deep upgrades
The October update added research: 5 new buildings, advanced army and builder controls, and an auto-buy option for late-game macro.
Three ways to play it
Rich and powerful
Turtle into an economy-first build. Slower start, but a cash engine this strong out-produces everyone late - if nobody punishes you early.
Military empire
Rush soldiers and start grabbing land while opponents are still building houses. High risk, and it collapses if your first push stalls.
Balanced
Alternate economy and army buildings so you're never broke or undefended. The safest way to learn the game.
Watch the weather
The special invasion weather event changes how fights play out - check what's active before committing your army.
FAQ
Is Mini War free?
Yes - free inside Roblox on PC, phone, tablet and console.
How long is a match?
Sessions average around half an hour - long enough for a full economy-to-tanks arc in a 6-player server.
What's in the Halloween event?
The October event runs alongside the regular game with seasonal content - it sits on top of the normal nation-building loop rather than replacing it.
Is it pay-to-win?
Progression and units come from playing. Optional purchases exist but the core strategy decisions - what to build and when to attack - decide matches.
