Marvel Rivals Endgame Event — Thanos PvE Mode

Path to Doomsday: Avengers Endgame is the big Season 10.5 PvE event — 50 players assemble against Thanos and his army across four phases. It's only playable in scheduled weekend sessions; here's the timetable and how the fight works.

Key detail: the mode is not always on — it opens in scheduled sessions, three per Saturday (01:00, 10:00, 18:00 UTC, 2 hours each) over four weeks. Outside a session window it stays locked with a countdown.

Event window: the overall event runs Oct 22 – Nov 26. The PvE mode itself is those 12 Saturday sessions — miss them and it locks. If matchmaking times out, the game fills empty slots with AI heroes.

The fight — 4 phases

  1. 1
    Phase 1 — Double-Edged Sword

    Melee and ranged sword attacks while his army presses in.

  2. 2
    Phase 2 — Infinity Stones join

    Sword attacks plus stone-powered crowd control.

  3. 3
    Phase 3 — Fleet bombardment

    Thanos calls the Sanctuary II for map-wide hellfire while attacking with the stones.

  4. 4
    Phase 4 — The Snap

    He starts channeling the Snap — all 50 heroes must burn him down inside the time limit. Whoever lands the final hit is match MVP.

Rules of the arena: you respawn after a short delay and can swap heroes between deaths — sustain and healing keep the lobby alive. Some hero abilities are retuned for the 50-player format.

Yes — you queue with 49 others; if a session can't fill, AI hero bots backfill the lobby.
