Lagos Life - Play Online, Beginner Guide & Money Tips

ⓘ

The only official address is lagoslife.app (mirror: lagoslife.eliysites.com). There is no app on the Play Store or App Store. If a link asks you to download an APK or install a file, it is not the real game.

Your first hour

The game runs entirely on its website. This is the fastest path from sign-up to your first paycheck.

1
Open the game in a real browser
Go to lagoslife.app in Chrome or Safari. If you tapped a link inside TikTok, Instagram or X and sign-in fails, copy the address into your actual browser first.
2
Create an account
Pick a username and password (8+ characters). The game is for adults 18 and over. Add a recovery email in settings later so a forgotten password does not lock you out.
3
Build your Sim and pick two traits
Traits shape how you earn. Hustler grows your Hustle skill 50% faster, Foodie and Night Crawler change how cheaply you keep your needs up.
4
Take the birth lottery
The game assigns you one start per account: Nepo Baby, LAPO Baby or UNILAG Fresher. You cannot reroll, so check the rent table below before you spend anything.
5
Clear the 8 starter goals
The onboarding checklist pays out about ₦11,000 total before you work a single shift. Do "Get a job" early: your first shift lands the next morning.

Starter goals checklist

Eight small tasks that pay cash immediately. Knock them out in order and you start working with money in hand.

Goal	How to do it	Reward
Eat something	Tap the cooler or stove	₦500
Freshen up	Tap the bucket or shower	₦500
Get a job	Phone > Jobs app	₦1,000
Buy something new	Place any item from Buy	₦1,000
Visit the buka	Map > Amala Shitta	₦1,500
Make a new friend	Tap another player at a venue	₦1,500
Work a shift	Leave for work on time	₦2,000
Reach level 2 in a skill	Practice on the guitar, laptop or mirror	₦3,000

Jobs and the rent deadline

Every shift is one hour and can be worked any time. Rent leaves your account every Saturday morning, so the only number that matters early is your "must pay by Saturday" figure.

Job	Pay per shift	Requirement
Medicine	₦21,000	Needs a trained skill
Refining	₦14,000	Best pay with no skill
Banking	₦11,600	Entry level
Trading (Balogun Market)	₦7,200	Hustle level 2, six days a week
Content Creator	₦6,600	Entry level
Carry Load (gig)	₦2,250	No skill, fills gaps between shifts

Your start	Must pay by Saturday	Breakdown
Nepo Baby	₦0	Daddy covers the ₦17,000 Lekki rent
LAPO Baby, Mushin	₦14,400	₦2,400 rent + ₦12,000 loan payment
LAPO Baby, Yaba	₦18,000	₦6,000 rent + ₦12,000 loan payment
UNILAG Fresher	₦1,200	Hall rent, mostly covered by allowance

LAPO Baby heads-up: you start with ₦60,000 cash but owe ₦72,000 at ₦12,000 a week. In return every skill grows 25% faster, which makes LAPO the strongest start for promotions. Clear the loan in week 2 and the freed ₦12,000 a week compounds fast.

What the city offers

Everyone you see at Quilox or Amala Shitta is a real player. These are the systems worth knowing once the rent is covered.

Needs and mood

Six bars: food, energy, fun, social, hygiene, bladder. Keep them green or work and activities suffer.

Companies

Cars and homes

Cars start at ₦350,000 at Polanco Motors. Housing tops out at a ₦1.5m/week mansion.

Banking

The Naija Reserve Bank offers savings and 7-day bonds. Net worth across cash, cars and property puts you on the Forbes list.

Travel

Three cities are live. Fly or take a coach to Abuja or Port Harcourt, each with its own jobs.

Social

Location-based chat, direct messages, home owambe parties, stadium matches and a daily gem hunt.

Good to know

⚠

Game Naira top-ups with real money are optional and there is no cash-out. Never trade game money for real money with other players, and only send money to people you actually know. The game is operated by developer Shalom Rayhamen (Eliy) and is strictly 18+.
