How progression works

  1. 1
    Race to earn miles

Miles are the game's progression currency - every finished race pays out.

  2. 2
    Spend miles on new karts

Multiple karts and classes unlock as you bank miles - faster machines open up tougher competition.

  3. 3
    Tune your setup

Kart tuning and setup options let you adjust handling - small changes show up in corner speed.

  4. 4
    Master each circuit

Tracks are built to punish sloppy lines - every corner counts against your lap.

  5. 5
    Enter competitive events

Beyond regular races, scheduled events put the tuned karts to the test.

Tracks worth knowing

The circuit list has been growing since launch - several real-world-inspired tracks are in the rotation.

Driving tips

TipWhy it helps
Brake before the cornerRealistic grip means late braking slides you wide - slow in, fast out wins laps.
Learn one track firstMastery pays more miles per hour than bouncing between circuits.
Test tuning changes one at a timeChanging several settings at once makes it impossible to tell what helped.
Use Shift+P for freecamThe free camera (Freecam pass) lets you study corners and racing lines from any angle.

FAQ

Is KartX Racing free?

Yes - free on Roblox. Optional passes exist (unlimited fuel, +1 mile per lap, Driver's Club) but miles come from racing anyway.

Are there KartX Racing codes?

No - the developer hasn't released any codes as of early November 2026.

How do you unlock new karts?

Earn miles by finishing races, then spend them on kart unlocks - higher classes cost more.

Is it pay-to-win?

Miles come from playing, and handling skill decides races more than kart stats - passes mainly speed up grinding.
