How to redeem HSR codes

1
In-game
Open the phone menu, tap the three dots (...) in the top-right, choose Redemption Code, enter the code, then grab rewards from your mailbox.
2
Browser
Use the official HoYoverse redeem page (hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift), log in, pick your server, confirm the character nickname, and submit the code. You need a game UID - an account that has never logged in won't work.

About livestream codes in general

HoYoverse drops three codes during each version's special program stream, roughly every six weeks. They always give 300 Stellar Jade total and always expire within about 24 hours of the broadcast. Version 4.7 itself launches November 11, headlined by the new 5-star Aeon Aha. The codes above are the hsr 4.7 codes - when version 4.8's stream airs, this page updates with the next set.

FAQ

Why does my code say invalid?

Three usual causes: it expired (livestream codes last about a day), a typo (copy-paste, don't retype), or you've already redeemed it on this account.

Where do rewards go?

The in-game mailbox - open it and claim the attachment after redeeming.

When is the next livestream?

Version 4.8's special program should air roughly six weeks after 4.7, a few days before that patch launches. Codes from it will follow the same ~24-hour expiry pattern.
