The Pirate Shop Access token is a Supreme-tier Treasure Hunt prize found in any chest in Battle Royale or Zero Build — normal, rare, sprite, buried, wanted-poster and relic chests all count. There's no special location and no way to raise the odds; when a squadmate finds one, everyone in the squad gets it.

Epic hasn't published a drop rate — the viral "1 in 700,000" figure is community guesswork, not confirmed data. What actually helps:

    One find covers the whole team — four players opening chests is the single biggest multiplier available.

    More chests per minute means more rolls. Named POIs have the densest chest spawns.

Is the Fortnite One Piece token the same as the Pirate Shop Token?

Yes — "One Piece token", "pirate token" and "item shop token" all refer to the same Pirate Shop Access item introduced with the One Piece crossover season.

Do I have to pick the token up?

No — when a chest rolls it, you get an on-screen message telling you which prize tier you hit. The token is the Supreme-tier result.

Does the token work in modes other than Battle Royale?

It drops from chests in Battle Royale and Zero Build. Other modes don't feed the Treasure Hunt prize pool.

What happens if I don't activate before December 15?

You lose the 2026 activation window — the 2027 window remains, so the token isn't wasted, but you'd get only one 14-day run instead of two.

Can I buy the Luffy, Nami and Usopp bundle with it?

Yes — the 4,000 V-Bucks One Piece bundle and other V-Bucks shop items are claimable during the window. Real-money bundles and Crew are excluded.
