Step by step

  1. 1
Get the West Wing Room 306 key (W306 San)

Easiest source is the Flea Market (unlocks at PMC level 25). Below that, it drops from jackets, drawers and Scav pockets — and has a fixed spawn in a locker on Factory. Buy it, use it once, resell it.

  2. 2
    Find the west wing

Stand in the resort courtyard with the helicopter behind you — the west wing is on your left.

  3. 3
    Go up to 306

Take the main stairs to the top (third) floor and turn right. Room 306 is the one next to the huge hole in the floor — you can't miss it.

  4. 4
    Grab the folder

Unlock the door; Secure Folder 0060 is on the windowsill to your left inside the room.

  5. 5
    Extract alive

Dying means going back for the folder. Move quiet, avoid the lobby and main corridors, and leave through the nearest safe extract.

Survival tips for Shoreline resort

TipWhy
Go late in the raidMost PMCs are dead or extracted by then — the resort empties out fast after minute 15
Clear Scavs before the stairsThe west wing stairwell is a chokepoint; a shotgun Scav in it ruins your run
Bring a headset, not a fightThis is a grab-and-go quest — avoid the east wing loot traffic entirely
Off-peak hours helpFewer PMCs in the resort means the folder run is usually uncontested

FAQ

Which wing is Room 306 in?

The west wing — with the courtyard helicopter behind you, it's the wing on your left. Room 306 is on the top floor next to a large hole in the floor.

Where do I get the Room 306 key?

Flea Market is the reliable option (PMC level 25+). Otherwise it spawns in jackets, drawers, Scav pockets and a locker on Factory.

What happens if I die with the documents?

You lose the folder and have to re-run the room — the quest item only counts if you extract with it.

Do I need to finish Part 1 first?

Yes — Healthcare Privacy Part 2 unlocks after Part 1, once you're at Therapist loyalty level 2.
