How a shift works

Each in-game day is a short clinic shift.

    Read the reason for the visit

    Every patient arrives with a short line about what hurts. It is your only lead before the exam.

    Pick an instrument and examine

    Choose a tool, then check the illustrated body areas for what looks wrong.

  3. 3
    Decide on a plan

    Pick the care plan that fits your findings — wrong calls get a reaction from the patient.

  4. 4
    Type the visit note

    Write the summary yourself in free typing, pick one of three keyboard sound profiles, then print it.

16 fictional case templates, 9 interactive examinations, goals and achievements, a journal, room decorations, a cozy mode and an optional listening challenge. English and Hebrew are both supported from the top bar.
