Getting started - tutorial to magic
- 1Spawn in the Kamo Region
You start with a weapon and no magic. Follow the tutorial quests - they teach parry, dodge and misdirect, the three defensive tools the whole combat system leans on.
- 2Level to 15
Repeat quests on their ~10 minute cooldowns: Javier's Waking Nightmare and Legolas's A True Hunt each pay 200 EXP and 50 Marks - the fastest early loop.
- 3Take the Arcane Whispers quest
At level 15 it leads you to the Announcer at Wisdoms Peak, where you roll your first grimoire.
- 4Reroll with Essence if the roll is bad
Essence also buys extra save slots and cosmetics - earn it from the Bestiary, profession levels, Gladiator victories and boss fights.
Magics, races and weapons
The three rolls that define your build - all use Essence for rerolls.
7 magics (grimoires)
Each grimoire has its own skill set and roll chance. Time is the rarest at 1% - the rest sit at higher, more reachable odds.
7 races
Race perks modify stats and resistances. Two races share the 1% rarest tier, so expect many common rolls before landing one.
53 weapons, 3 classes
Weapon classes play differently - pick one that matches your magic's range and your preferred pacing, then sort candidates by stats.

Are there any Clover RPG codes?
No - the game launched without a code redemption system, so every "Clover RPG codes" list claiming working codes is filler. If codes arrive they'll be announced in the official Discord.
