Survival loop

  1. 1
    Learn flight first

Space bar lifts off; the camera steers while airborne. Practice landing on the reticle before investing in a nest spot.

  2. 2
    Stay fed

Hunt fish at rivers/lakes or bunnies on land and hold E to eat — nesting, egg laying and chick care all depend on a fed bird.

  3. 3
    Nest somewhere defensible

Nests can be raided — pick tucked-away canopy or quiet map edges before laying eggs.

  4. 4
    Build a family

Invite players to hatch from your egg — family members get shared name tags, a shared nest marker and stay until grown.

FAQ

Are there Broodwing codes?

Not yet — the game currently has no codes system at all: no code menu, no announced codes. Any site listing "Broodwing codes" is speculating.

Is Broodwing free?

Yes — the experience is free. Optional gamepasses sell cosmetic bird color variants (melanistic/leucistic, 250-450 Robux); some also carry into sister game Village Survival.

Can I play as a baby bird?

Yes — you can hatch as a chick inside another player's family nest and grow into an adult there.

Is it related to Village Survival?

Same developer (Realistics Studios) — Broodwing is the free, birds-only sister game; Village Survival returned to paid Early Access.
