Halloween event is live until Nov 15: farm Spooky Tokens from pumpkins and bosses, then roll the Spooky Gacha for the new Hellfire Gas mutation.

Start here (First Sea)

The efficient beginner route.

  1. 1
Pick a starter fruit or sword path

Logia-type fruits (Smoke, Flame, Light) trivialize early grinding — take one if the dealer has it in stock.

  2. 2
    Grind quests, not mobs

Island quest givers pay far more XP per minute than free farming.

  3. 3
Stat into your main damage type first

Fruit mains: max Blox Fruit stat. Melee/sword builds: spread across Defense + Melee.

  4. 4
    Save for a fighting style

Water Kung Fu or Electric early, then upgrade into Sea 2 styles later.

Halloween: Hellfire event

Limited-time, ends Nov 15.

Pumpkins spawn across all three seas — hit one three times and a Jack-o-lantern enemy pops out, dropping Pumpkin Bits and Candy Corn. Zioles runs a Spooky Gacha at the event area: 500 tokens per roll, grand prize is the Hellfire mutation for Gas. See also: the new raid boss The Great Pumpkin (Lv. 3000), opened by the Witch for 3 Cursed Pumpkin Seeds + 200 Pumpkin Bits.

Systems worth knowing early

What veterans wish they knew sooner.

The fruit dealer's stock rotates every 4 hours (Mirage stock every 2). Physical fruits drop to ~$1M+ for good ones — trading is the real economy. Mastery is per-fruit, so switching your main late costs grind time.
