Astrae Oratio (Asora)
NC's upcoming "Shindenki" magic RPG — a turn-based urban fantasy set in a Tokyo where magic and public administration collide. Developed by Dynamis One, a studio led by former Blue Archive staff.
Status (Oct 2026): Astrae Oratio launches on iOS and Android in 2027 (exact day TBA), with a PC version confirmed to follow after mobile. Pre-registration has not opened. The global closed beta ran October 2–6, 2026 — there is no public build or APK right now, so treat any "Asora APK download" as fake.
What the game is
Setting
"Tokyo '89" — an alternate-history city where magic permeates everyday life. You play through the lens of the Special District Office, the bureaucracy that manages the magical world.
Story hook
Shunin, an ordinary civil servant — not a mage — gets pulled into a chain of magical incidents by the Special District Office Commissioner. Cases, urban legends and clans drive the plot.
Combat
Turn-based RPG with character roles like Attacker, Breaker, Supporter and Anchor. CBT included combat quests at Normal through Challenge difficulty plus a boss "Score Trial".
Beyond battles
"Free Time" character-interaction mode with bond levels, costume system, and character voices — very much a character-collection game at heart.

Common questions
When does Astrae Oratio come out?
2027 on iOS and Android — the window was confirmed in September 2026, no exact day yet. A PC version is confirmed but arrives after the mobile launch.
Can I pre-register?
Not yet — pre-registration hasn't opened. Follow the official social channels for the announcement rather than third-party "pre-register" pages.
Is there a PC or console version?
PC is confirmed, coming after mobile. No console version has been announced. The CBT itself was mobile-only (Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 / A14 minimum, ~10 GB free space).
Who's making it?
Developer Dynamis One — a studio led by former Blue Archive staff — with NC (formerly NCsoft) publishing worldwide. Japanese voice-over with English text confirmed.
Is there an APK or test build I can download?
No. The CBT was invite-only and is over; nothing public exists. Any site offering an Asora APK or "early access build" is fake.
