Log into the same HoYoverse or HoYoLAB account you will play on. Do not pre-register on a throwaway login.

Log in and complete pre-registration. This is how you secure Bestie Star-Light.

iOS App Store, Google Play, Epic Games Store, and HoYoPlay launcher. Official store copy names Bestie Star-Light and the Sproutling Outfit Set. Do website and stores because they are separate layers.

Do not switch the account after you pre-register.
Past betas had people lose access after installing or logging in on a different device or account. One account, one main device if you can.
