How to redeem

Exact menu path

You must finish the tutorial or reach stage N1-4 so the Recruit menu unlocks. The Exchange Code option is not available before that point.
1Launch the game and progress past the tutorial to at least stage N1-4 so the menus unlock.
2Tap your profile/character icon in the top-left of the home screen.
3Tap the gear/cog settings icon in the bottom-right.
4Select Exchange Code (also labeled Codes in some localizations).
5Type one code exactly - case-sensitive, no extra spaces - and hit Confirm.
6Repeat one code at a time. Rewards go to your inventory and mailbox.

Which codes first?

Redeem AX2026 first for the free multi-pull (10 Uncharted Fate cards). Then any codes that explicitly give Astrogems or pulls. Use the rest for coins and materials afterward.

Code failed?

It may already be redeemed on your account, expired, or mistyped. Check for extra spaces and exact capitalization, then move to the next code on the list.

Menu missing?

Keep playing the early stages until the Exchange Code option appears. It unlocks after the tutorial or around stage N1-4. Do not force-restart the game.

Where are rewards?

Check both your inventory and your mailbox. Some rewards land in the mailbox and need to be claimed manually.

Common pitfalls

Mistakes to avoid

XTrying codes before the menu unlocks. Finish the tutorial or reach N1-4 first. The Exchange option is not available earlier.
XEntering codes with extra spaces or wrong capitalization. Codes are case-sensitive. Type them exactly as shown.
XOnly checking the mailbox. Some rewards go to your inventory directly. Check both places.
XAssuming every code is permanent. Lists get refreshed during launch. Older codes can stop working - redeem them all as soon as possible.
XSkipping AX2026. It gives a free multi-pull, the highest single value of any current code. Redeem it first.
